Problem Solved for Windows 7 64-Bit Users

But Not for Windows 7 32-Bit Users

Unfortunately, there is no W7 32-bit driver for that device. If you switch to W7 64 bit, there isyou install this hotfix. It is only good for W7 64 bit. This package installs the ACPI Driver supporting the Windows Operating system. For the Kabylake platform products, Intel advises that only Skylake processor can support Windows 7.
